Blessed to gather for Easter worship back in the church after winter
Our service of Prayer and Praise, on the 1st May was led by one of our own worship leaders, Dave Wilton. We were 17 folk in total, including two visitors who came for the first time, we do hope that they will join us again. As to be expected the sound of music and our singing resounded around the church, and hopefully beyond the doors, (which are always open). We finished with coffee and biscuits, before setting up our tables outside, in the sunshine for our shared lunch, and as usual we had a feast.
On May 15th, we were very blessed to welcome the Rev'd Paul Willis, to lead our meeting of Prayer, Praise and Communion. Unfortunately his wife was unable to join us this time, but we all hope that there may be another opportunity in the future. Our worship group kept us in tune, and as usual we were blessed by all that took part in the service. We concluded with coffee and biscuits, followed by our Bring and Share lunch, and once again we were able to set our tables up in the beautiful sunshine. We are delighted to share worship with those visiting this beautiful area, that we are fortunate to live in.
