Dethroning Mammon - a Lent Course near Bergerac

Ainslie and Barrie Green are running a course this Lent based on Justin Welby’s book.

Where? - Riocaud (33220) between Duras and Ste-Foy-La-Grande

When? - Six consecutive Wednesdays in Lent 15:00 – 17:00 beginning 8th March

The Archbishop’s 2017 Lent book challenges us to think about our attitudes to money. “Who will direct our actions and attitudes? Is it Jesus Christ, who brings truth, hope and freedom? Or is it Mammon, so attractive, so clear, but leading us into paths that tangle, trip and deceive?”

If you want to take part you will need to get the book and read a chapter per week in preparation for the session. The book is available from Amazon France for 12.20€ inc delivery or the kindle version is on Amazon UK for £6.64.
